About the role
- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program as a full-time Licensed Therapist (LPCC)
- Deliver care across the lifespan and work with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans
- Full-time W2 role with Monday-Friday shifts (9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST); no weekends
- Expected to complete approximately 30 client care hours per week (about 6 clients per day)
- Utilize telehealth software and internal tools for treatment planning, assessments, and patient communication
- Annual stipend for growth & education opportunities; liability insurance covered
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
