About the role

  • Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
  • Work as a full-time Associate Therapist/Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
  • Deliver care to patients across the lifespan, partnering with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and regular therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Utilize telehealth software and internal communication tools; expected productivity ~30 client care hours/week

Requirements

  • Master's level degree and licensure
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
  • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Meets background/regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Comfortable with utilizing technology including telehealth software and video communication
  • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
  • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
