Network Engineer

• Support the Intelligence Sector in a dual-hatted COMSEC Responsible Officer and Tier II Network Technician role
• Manage and remain accountable for all COMSEC material issued to the subaccount
• Coordinate and route COMSEC material transfer and disposition requests
• Create and maintain a COMSEC file plan and an unclassified material delivery point
• Key cryptographic equipment according to supporting key effective dates and handle Top Secret keys using Two-Person-Integrity procedures
• Establish recurring COMSEC user training and prepare and maintain an emergency plan
• Process transfer, destruction, and CRO inventory paperwork and return it to the program office
