Solutions Engineer

• Own Product Delivery: partner with clients to understand business needs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery teams build the right HRSD solutions on ServiceNow; serve as the HR business process SME
• Lead HRSD Workshops & Discovery: facilitate functional discovery sessions and employee journey workshops; design preboarding, onboarding, and HR case management workflows for Employee Center Pro, Agent Workspace for HR, and Workday integrations
• Advocate for HR Best Practices: define industry and client-specific HR processes, identify optimization opportunities, and guide HR service delivery improvements and automation initiatives
• Enable and Support HR Teams: deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation for HR end-users and IT staff to ensure adoption of HRSD capabilities and integrated Workday workflows
• Drive Quality Solutions: participate in functional testing, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment and go-live activities
• Pre-Sales Solutioning & Advisory: partner with leadership to shape solution approaches, estimate work, present value to prospective clients, and draft contracts and SOWs
• Serve as Trusted Advisor and Voice of the Client: act as a partner to client executives, handle escalations, and resolve issues professionally
• Contract Creation: draft clear, accurate, and compelling contracts balancing client goals with delivery feasibility
• Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for on-site client engagements

• Voice of the client: serve as trusted point of contact for client escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Contract Creation: draft clear, accurate, and compelling contracts that balance client goals with delivery feasibility
• Support delivery teams during implementation to ensure engagements deliver expected value
• Occasionally travel up to 20% to meet clients or prospects in person
