• Participate in the technical delivery of ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, helping customers implement SAM Pro and HAM Pro capabilities aligned with industry best practices
• Configure and develop ServiceNow IT Asset Management applications, including Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), Asset Workspace, Software Models, Hardware Models, and Asset Lifecycle workflows
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Process Consultants, and project teams to design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that meet customer requirements
• Develop and configure platform functionality using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Notifications, and Service Catalog

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on HRSD, Employee Center/Portal, and enterprise integrations.
• Drive technical design decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures aligned with platform best practices.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans and architecture documents.
• Guide and mentor development teams, providing direction on configuration, custom development, portal design, and integration patterns.
• Oversee technical quality through code reviews, solution validation, deployment planning, and Go-Live readiness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identify risks, recommend optimizations, and shape long-term platform roadmaps.

ServiceNow Technical Architect – HRSD

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, scorecards, and Performance Analytics solutions across enterprise initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Performance Analytics indicators, indicator sources, breakdowns, widgets, interactive filters, automated data collection jobs, and dashboard visualizations.
• Develop KPI reporting to measure metrics including SLA compliance, incident resolution, backlog health, operational trends, throughput, and completion rates.
• Partner directly with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and operational teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Utilize SQL to perform backend data analysis, reporting validation, trend analysis, and reporting optimization.
• Analyze ServiceNow platform data across Incident, Request, Change, Demand, and operational workflows to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support executive reporting initiatives by delivering operational dashboards and actionable analytics.
• Maintain dashboard governance, reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data quality across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to support reporting enhancements and analytics strategy.
• Create and maintain reporting documentation, job aids, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Jira work management activities.
