Area Sales Manager

Supply Chain

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including quotation processing, procurement, logistics, and delivery
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to process RFQs from customers
• Perform costing analysis, including appropriate margin calculation for proposals and quotes
• Raise purchase orders with the factory for procurement of goods as per customer orders
• Oversee logistics activities from the factory to customer destinations in the Middle East and India
• Ensure smooth processing of shipments, including handling of Letter of Credit and understanding regulatory compliance for cross-border transactions
• Manage import clearance procedures in the destination countries in coordination with local CHA
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive supply chain monitoring and communication

Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Field Engineer

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on Arjo’s medical equipment on-site at hospitals in southeast-Michigan and northwest-Ohio
• Apply a detailed understanding of electromechanical systems and required tools and processes
• Focus on high-quality equipment service and building customer relationships
• Assist the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show set-up, etc)
• Grow Service Contracts revenue through service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts
• Align with health and safety codes and procedures
• Complete and submit accurate reporting
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Daily driving to customer locations (20-30% overnight travel)

Field Service Technician

Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of national projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and compliance targets are met.
• Develop and manage national project plans, risk registers, budgets, and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in project governance, frameworks, and reporting.
• Manage and develop the team of project professionals.
• Oversee resource planning, capability development, and performance management.
• Partner closely with hospitals and healthcare organisations to ensure seamless project implementations.
• Coordinate site readiness, logistics, training, and compliance documentation.
• Serve as a key point of escalation and relationship owner for national customers.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 13485, TGA requirements, and Arjo’s Quality Management System.
• Build standardised reporting dashboards and track national performance metrics.
• Engage early with architects, planners, and builders in Greenfield/Brownfield developments.
• Drive specification of Arjo systems and oversee opportunity-to-delivery project lifecycles.
• Enhance customer relationships and contribute to brand visibility in the market.

National Projects Manager

• Maintain, repair, install, upgrade, and in-service at customer locations (medical facilities).
• Technical diagnosis and repair; cost estimates on customer-owned medical equipment.
• Assist the Sales team in marketing company equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads, demo and trade show set-up, etc).
• Grow Service Contracts revenue through sales of new service contracts and renewal of existing service contracts.
• Complete and submit accurate reporting.
• Spare parts inventory management.
• Daily driving to customer locations (medical facilities); some overnight travel.

Customer Support
