About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate sales through proactive sales pursuits of new hospital customers
- Account management and enforcement of contract compliance within existing hospital customers
- Contact medical facilities’ decision-makers and staff via phone and video for sales functions
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, including daily goals for outbound sales calls
- Create new leads through active prospecting (cold calling, cold email, social selling, networking)
- Document sales activities and quotes through Salesforce.com
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School degree required; advanced education preferred, specifically in Business, Marketing, or related-field
- Prior Sales experience required; B2B and/or within healthcare settings preferred
- Prior experience selling capital equipment and/or medical devices/instruments preferred
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other related tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 15%.
