About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads day-to-day activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation
  • Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo’s Service team
  • Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment
  • Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities
  • Primary contact for Service issues
  • Active role in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers
  • Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience
  • 2+ years of Service Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Able to travel overnight 25%
