About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Arjo equipment and related products across aged care, hospital and healthcare customer sites throughout Southern Tasmania.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and safety testing of equipment
  • Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on-site
  • Respond to breakdowns and provide technical troubleshooting support
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Accurately document service activities using mobile technology and service management systems
  • Manage vehicle stock and spare parts inventory
  • Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with the broader Tasmanian Service Team
  • Identify opportunities to further support customer needs through Arjo's products and services

  • A practical, hands-on approach with experience using hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your workload and priorities.
  • Sound computer and mobile device skills for recording service activities and managing daily tasks.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A current Australian Driver Licence.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel within Tasmania, including ad hoc visits to Launceston to support customers and service requirements
