Accounting Manager

• Overseeing several legal & reporting entities
• Acting as a business partner towards sites and providing technical accounting expertise
• Responsible for spreading Country / Plant demands to subject experts within the SSC organization
• Responsible for reviewing and approving/refusing requests submitted by R2R, AP and AR SSC teams and for providing feedback when required
• Coordinate and control production of financial statements & reporting in parallel Gaap for 4 to 6 reporting units
• Ensure completeness and reliability of financial statements by performing consistency reviews before submitting to FCs
• Ensure Group & local rules respect and validate SOX controls, alert if needed
• Propose/review provisions for risk/cost, in collaboration with Plant Finance Controllers & BU Controllers
• Act as a 'occasional trainer', providing technical advice/expertise
• Generate financial reporting to upload in APEX with the support of GL Accountant and liaise w. Plant Controller
• Prepare trial balance for Local legal statutory reporting
• Perform fiscal calculations, pass on to GL Accountant for posting and perform the checks
• Organize, coordinate, and control the production of accounts and reporting, under both French accounting standards and US GAAP, for a group of sites or companies.
• Prepare annual financial statements and review tax packages for the companies within your scope.

Accounting Partner

Account Executive

• Responsible for delivering the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.
• Develop & implement business plan which supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
• Build relationships with Top Tier customer s and potential customers, understanding their business & needs and utilizing that information to assist in developing Amcor ’s strategies for improved profitability and growth.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs, positioning Amcor to have the competitive advantage.
• Work within a cross-functional team, including but not limited to Business Development, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources functional leaders to meet the Healthcare segment business targets.
• Uses & gathers market and competition data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
• Suggests and initiates product developments based on customer needs & market surveys. Provides information and support to Research & Development for product innovation and development.
• Develop, maintain and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth and innovation.

Procurement

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for key materials including solvents, waxes, starch, hazardous waste, and energy curing inks.
• Manage an annual spend of approximately $90M across North America.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure uninterrupted supply, optimal cost, and high-quality performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive Total Cost of Ownership improvements.
• Deliver sustainable business value and support procurement excellence through reporting, data analysis, and collaboration across Amcor’s global network.

Senior Buyer, Procurement, Liquids & Prepress

Human Resources

• Develop and maintain global category strategies for the whole range of professional services procurement, including but not limited to consulting, tax & audit, credit cards, etc., ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Define and implement category roadmap including oversight of the business plan (short and medium term)
• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and procurement peers to run sourcing projects, ensure active management of contracts, supplier performance and support requester’s needs in related to professional services categories
• Achieve cost reduction targets, secure timely involvement of procurement in source to contract, while effectively considering sustainability requirements, supplier performance, and contractual risks
• Identify, forecast, and execute on cost-out opportunities and improvements utilizing a multi-year strategy to maintain a continuous flow of opportunities
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and innovation
• Lead contract negotiation with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, pursuing an efficient contracting process and actively managing contracts through its entire lifecycle
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
• Develop relationship and work closely with procurement peers (local & global) as well as internal stakeholders including Finance, IT, HR, Legal and other functions, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies
• Independently lead projects by guiding, directing, and creating alignment with project stakeholders utilizing project management principles, procurement tools and practices to manage projects within constraints, meeting agreed upon timelines and deliverables
• Implement standards and optimize processes in the assigned areas (e.g., e-sourcing, guided buying, spend analytics)
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the related categories and agreements, including supplier performance and compliance issues
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of category strategies and supplier performance

IT Support

• Provide day-to-day task coordination and mentorship for a small regional network operations team; may include direct line management depending on regional structure
• Coordinate day-to-day network operations across the Americas, ensuring service availability and adherence to operational standards
• Support and manage Level 3 incident escalations, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence
• Administer and oversee ServiceNow assignment groups, ensuring incidents, problems, and changes are handled efficiently and transparently
• Act as a primary escalation and coordination point between regional teams, global architecture, cybersecurity, and vendors
• Support network infrastructure activities including site connectivity, LAN/WAN changes, upgrades, and standardization initiatives
• Assist with change management activities, including communication, coordination, validation, and post-implementation reviews
• Maintain and improve network documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks
• Coordinate vendor activities, including SLA tracking, performance reviews, and service quality follow-up
• Participate in and support regional and global operations meetings
• Mentor and guide network engineers, fostering skill development and operational consistency
• Support small to medium infrastructure projects through planning, coordination, documentation, and execution support
