About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a dedicated, fixed customer base
- Plan and manage call-offs and framework orders, ensuring delivery dates are met
- Maintain pricing in the ERP system
- Serve as a liaison for claims/complaints management
- Process credit notes
- Contribute to customer-specific projects
- Perform order entry
- Prepare inventory lists, framework lists and delivery overviews
- Follow up on overdue receivables
- Monitor and analyze aged/obsolete stock
- Conduct customer visits in collaboration with the sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel
- Customer-oriented with professional communication skills
