About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the implementation of highly complex projects, managing schedule, development plans, validation, and execution.
- Gather assumptions from involved departments, provide technical support, and monitor scope, budget, risks, and open issues.
- Manage projects and initiatives by planning, assessing risks, executing, monitoring, and closing.
- Analyze bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions to ensure project completion.
- Prepare, monitor, and update indicators, dashboards, and management reports on project status.
- Work in synergy with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, health, environmental standards, and the Code of Conduct.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of management and analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience with management systems, report analysis, presentations, and advanced spreadsheets.
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable.
- Knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Integrated Management Systems will be considered a plus.
- Languages: English.
