About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop an operations organization of approximately 300 employees, promoting engagement, accountability and a performance-driven culture
- Ensure performance in Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery and People management (SQCDP) by monitoring performance indicators, driving operational excellence and implementing continuous improvement actions
- Drive the site's operational transformation by deploying IWS principles, supporting change and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and other site functions to deliver cross-functional projects and achieve plant objectives
- Optimize human resources, equipment and budgets to sustainably improve operational performance, asset reliability and the site's competitiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
- At least 10 years' experience in operations management, production or industrial site leadership
- Proven experience in a high-volume production environment (process manufacturing)
- Experience managing teams of at least 100 employees
- Recognized leadership with strong ability to unite, influence and develop the performance of large teams
- Continuous improvement mindset with practical experience in change management
- Native or fluent French (C2) and professional working proficiency in English (B2).
