Manager

• The role will identify and deliver enhanced experiences for players and retailers by:
• Take a leading role in creating and implementing a strategy to reduce and eliminate the need to contact through deflecting contact to self-service channels (website and chatbot) and driving first contact resolution on all channels. Embedding departmental ways of working in regards to experience and ensuring these are validated

Service Improvement Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Systems, responsible for the ongoing development of principle Finance Systems applications across the Finance department and operating as part of the wider Financial Systems team.
• Lead on the design and governance of end-to-end technical architecture for financial solutions (SAP ECC (on HANA), S/4HANA, FICO, Central Finance modules) and integrating SAP with non-SAP systems, banks, and tax engines.
• Align business processes like Procure to Pay (P2P) Record-to-Report (R2R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) with the technical architecture.

QA Engineer

• Lead and deliver advanced penetration testing across web applications, RESTful APIs, backend services, mobile connected services and supporting application platforms.
• Assess Java based backend systems, especially Spring Boot services, microservice architectures, API gateways and Backend for Frontend layers.
• Test authentication, authorisation, orchestration, input validation, session handling, token management and data exposure risks across modern digital journeys.
• Carry out security testing across cloud hosted and containerised application environments, ideally on AWS, where platform or configuration weaknesses affect application risk.

• Bring practical knowledge of binary exploitation and lower level technical analysis where it adds value to application, platform or software component assessments.
• Apply ATT&CK aligned thinking when shaping offensive scenarios, attack paths and purple team test cases.
• Use knowledge of exploit chaining, post exploitation tradecraft, EDR and AV evasion concepts, and other offensive security techniques where they improve the realism and value of testing.
• Contribute to selected specialist work, including hardware focused testing or low level technical analysis, where there is a clear business need and the activity supports the wider security testing plan.

Principal Penetration Tester

• Deliver security testing across web applications, REST APIs, backend services, cloud-hosted workloads, internal infrastructure and network-facing services.
• Support testing of AWS and Azure environments, including common configuration weaknesses, access-control issues, exposed services and baseline cloud security concerns.
• Carry out testing across network and infrastructure layers, including host, service and exposure weaknesses where they affect enterprise risk.
• Support application-focused testing across web applications, APIs and backend services, including common issues around authentication, authorisation, input validation, session handling and data exposure.
• Use common security testing and validation tools to support manual testing, verification and basic assessment activity.

DevOps Engineer

• Monitor, triage and remediate vulnerabilities across applications, cloud workloads, containers, CI/CD pipelines and IaC repositories
• Work closely with SOC, Enterprise Security and Cyber Defence teams to respond to active and emerging threats ensuring rapid technical remediation
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines including container scanning and secret scanning

• Provide functional expertise of the delivery applications, interfaces and processes used at Allwyn, including the maintenance of retailer assets and master data in Gem and SiteTracker.
• Collaborate with business owners, end users & third parties to define the strategy and roadmap for delivery systems.
• Work with application owners around scoping and designing of new features, and maintain a prioritized backlog of features to be delivered.

• This role involves leading, mentoring and coordinating the delivery team, managing the creation and delivery of both functional and technical roadmaps, engaging with stakeholders, owning and prioritising a backlog of new solutions, improvements and innovations that maximise the value delivered to the business.
