Account Manager

• Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Public Sector

• Own the strategy and execution plan for your vertical, aligned with Care’s strategic priorities.
• Diagnose performance gaps and root causes across the full Care journey, and translate them into a clear roadmap.
• Define how we scale sustainably: operating model, tooling/process needs, automation opportunities, and measurement.
• Be accountable for measurable outcomes for your vertical (e.g., member satisfaction, resolution quality, productivity, SLA/backlog health, cost-to-serve).

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the financial due diligence workstream end to end: analyze historical financials, quality of earnings, balance sheet, cash flows, and working capital.
• Identify financial risks, normalize profitability, and produce clear, well-structured deliverables.
• Translate due diligence findings into a revised business plan for the target, including burn profile and post-acquisition capital requirements.
• Gradually reduce reliance on external advisors by building robust in-house capability.

Account Executive

• You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The average sales cycle is 4–6 months, working with companies of 30–300 employees, with an average ARR of €150K.
• At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes manage certain customer relationships to ensure optimal onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to make the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
• We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive with prospects (Smart), and to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits each prospect (Soft).
• You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

• We have developed a team of AI agents that brings immediate and personalized answers to about 50% of member's questions.
• And when it is not enough, we seamlessly transfer the question to our care experts team. We build the cockpit for that handoff and the tooling for the humans who take over. It lets a care expert steer, correct, and supercharge the AI: routing requests, surfacing the right context at the right moment and drafting replies.

Fullstack Software Engineer – Care Expert Copilot

Community Manager

• Own Alan's day-to-day engagement across Reddit, review sites (Trustpilot and similar), forums, comment sections for example on Meta or LinkedIn, and DMs. Answer real questions about health insurance and mutuelles with responses that are timely, genuinely helpful, accurate and on-brand.
• Stay close to internet culture. Constantly monitor the algorithms, related trends and meme formats, health-Reddit/X narratives, and rising creators to keep our community presence cutting-edge and relevant.
• Create and actively run the official Alan subreddit. Set its norms, seed good discussion, moderate fairly, and grow it into a place people trust.
• Identify additional communities to contribute, and build a genuine presence there over time.
• Spot Alan's existing champions: happy members, engaged health professionals, HR admins already recommending us. Build relationships with them and create pathways from engaged user to ambassador to advocate.
• Identify high-value Reddit and community creators, recruit and nurture them, set the bar for what great contribution looks like, and create the structures that turn engaged users into genuine advocates.
• Run community-first moments (AMAs, Q&As, recognition for top contributors) that give advocates a reason to show up.
• Monitor sentiment, recurring questions and pain points.
• Translate what you hear into clear, qualitative insight for Product & SEO/GEO teams: product painpoints, feature ideas, prompt monitoring ideas, etc.
• Feed the senior Organic Social Media Lead & Ad Creative Lab a steady stream of raw material (real member stories, recurring questions, use cases) for Alan's content engine.
• Use AI tools to move fast without sacrificing accuracy or depth. We are heavy AI users and expect every team member to be as passionate and forward-thinking about AI as we are.

Community & Advocacy Manager

• Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
• Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
• Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
• Empower better, faster offers. Bring together the knowledge we have on offers, content and market signals so reps produce more relevant offers, more quickly, with the right arguments.
• Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
• Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while increasing offer relevance and win rate, so reps spend their time only on high-value tasks, with material that strengthens their pitch.
