About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the International Playbook.
  • Develop the global strategy for our largest health-related international events.
  • Create the Product Launch Playbook (GTM).
  • Support the Brand team and the Creative Director.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in spoken and written English: all our communications are in English. French is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and critical reasoning: the Brand Associate will conduct extensive research and analysis. This requires framing the right questions, objectively analyzing and evaluating problems, and solving them, including modeling potential outcomes.
  • Business and brand acumen: understands what makes a brand credible and a launch successful, and connects that to commercial impact.
  • Creative sensibility: genuine interest in brand and creative work; able to assess what makes a concept, campaign, or event idea strong. Comfortable collaborating with creative profiles without necessarily being one.
  • Marketing & GTM fundamentals: solid understanding of positioning, messaging, channel strategy, and launch sequencing. Able to structure ambiguous, high-level briefs into clear frameworks and playbooks.
  • Execution and collaboration: given the scope, volume, and timelines, the ability to direct others — including yourself — toward a specific objective that may require active orchestration is essential.
  • Versatility: comfortable switching between playbook writing, event strategy, GTM planning, and OKR structuring within the same week.
  • Effective communication: works with senior stakeholders (Creative Director, Product Marketing, international leads) and must present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: many tasks begin from a blank page — energized by building structure where none yet exists.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile: as a Brand Associate, you are expected to deliver quickly and well on assigned tasks, proactively propose new initiatives, go beyond assigned tasks when necessary, and anticipate future needs to suggest potential solutions.
  • Growth mindset: able to ask for and receive feedback to grow early in your professional career as a Brand Associate.
