Account Manager

• Build trust and strong business relationships with key decision makers in Absorb's most opportune accounts
• Generate strategic account plans to execute strategies which will lead to upsell/cross sell opportunities
• Work with internal resources (Leadership, Solutions Engineers, Account Development reps) to develop and execute expansion plans from Discovery to Closed Won
• Monitor your pipeline to ensure appropriate actions are taken at appropriate times to continue to facilitate the sale to closed won
• Work collaboratively with the support and technology teams to become an expert in Absorb LMS and the overall learning management landscape.
• Demonstrate Absorb LMS functionality and provide pricing options that align to customer objectives and assist Absorb's continued growth
• Work with existing Customer Success resources to identify risk and mitigate churn wherever possible
• Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information

Strategic Account Manager

• Own and drive client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for US/Canada enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align Absorb solutions with client objectives
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
• Analyze account health, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and implement initiatives to maximize customer value
• Lead regular Executive Business Reviews and strategic check-ins
• Mentor and develop Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continual learning
• Champion customer feedback, synthesizing insights to inform product development and innovation
• Oversee negotiation and management of client contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes and compliance
• Drive feature adoption, enablement, and ongoing education for clients
• Represent Absorb at industry events and client engagements

Director, Strategic Account Management

• Own client renewals, retention, and net revenue targets across all segments in the EMEA region
• Develop and execute account management strategies tailored to the diverse needs of EMEA markets
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a consultative partner
• Conduct regular account health reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Account Management team across EMEA
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Sales to champion customer feedback and drive innovation
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with regional legal and business requirements
• Represent Absorb at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements across EMEA
