Provider Partnerships Associate – Territory Sales

• Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits
• Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers
• Work with local Store Manager to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads on a local basis
• Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with NAPA's offerings

• Oversees, and maintains a multimillion direct distributor network.
• Drives new business development through strategic prospecting, corporate growth initiatives, and market intelligence.
• Skilled at combining technical product knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills to influence sales to retail fueling stakeholders, distribution sales, specifying engineers and government / commercial accounts.
• Reports on competitive trends, emerging customer needs, and evolving industry regulations.
• Requires **50–75% business travel** within the territory via company-provided car and air.

Territory Sales Manager, Midwest US

• Developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing systems
• Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area
• Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages
• Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews
• Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business
• Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships
• Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer

• Meet or exceed sales targets driven by key account closes and competitive conversions in all areas of the healthcare market.
• Effectively communicate/utilize clinical and product knowledge clearly and concisely.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
• Interact with advanced practice clinicians and shape product choice decisions.
• Execute effective sales processes and contract implementations.
• Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems.
• Coordinate opportunities internally and externally with customers.
• Complete all administrative duties accurately and timely.

Territory Sales Specialist – Wound Care

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.
