Customer Success Manager

• Within the CRM Traffic&Recruitment team, the CRM Project Intern supports the CRM Project Managers and collaborates with the CRM Deliveries team.
• The intern contributes to the design and implementation of multichannel CRM campaigns across all company sectors and business areas, targeting our members.
• He/She will support all phases of campaign creation: sales selection, targeting definition, content creation, and performance analysis.
• The intern is directly responsible for copywriting text contents for email and push campaigns managed in Spain and reviewing texts for international campaigns, ensuring accurate, fluent Spanish adaptation aligned with corporate guidelines.

• Act as a trusted consultant to your customers, providing expert guidance on Cledara best practices.
• Support customers through their initial journey, setting them up for long-term success on the platform.

• Churn and risk management: By continuously monitoring customer data, you detect early signs of churn or dissatisfaction and develop targeted measures to minimize risks and retain customers long-term.
• Account growth: Together with the Sales team, you identify and drive expansion opportunities to realize the full potential of each account.
• Product feedback: You actively collect customer feedback and help our product team continuously improve the product.

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices.

• Build and maintain the success plan, QBR rhythm, and renewal motion for each of your 10–15 named accounts.
• Drive multi-module adoption — not just the entry SKU. Identify which HUB modules fit the customer’s regulatory and operational roadmap, and steer them toward platform breadth.
• Lead expansion conversations to a BANT-qualified opportunity (3 of 4) along with the Account Executive.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand how to make the most of Dokify’s solution according to their business needs.
• Share best practices, customer insights, and improvement ideas with the team to support continuous improvement.

• Define and execute the global CRM lifecycle strategy across all customer segments (renters and boat owners), from onboarding and consideration to booking, post-navigation, and reactivation.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 CRM specialists, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of experimentation and accountability.
• Own the automation roadmap: improve existing lifecycle scenarios, design new ones, and continuously optimise through A/B testing and data analysis to maximise incremental revenue and user engagement.
• Plan and execute manual campaigns and go-to-market communications (early booking waves, feature announcements, promotional offers) across markets and languages.
• Drive complex segmentation and personalization leveraging user behavior data, working closely with Data and Tech teams to extract more lifetime value from our user base.
• Manage channel mix strategy across email, push notifications, and SMS — and evaluate new channels such as in-app messaging to expand reach and effectiveness.
• Own the CRM budget (~€400K including team and tooling), ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI on every initiative.
• Evaluate and potentially lead a CRM platform migration, including vendor selection, implementation, and integration with our tech stack.
• Design and launch a customer loyalty program to drive repeat bookings and long-term engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly around AI-driven personalization, and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into the CRM function.
