• Manage and maintain site Master Data and Supply Chain analytics for a 1,000 colleague animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing site

Deviation Process Manager

Compliance

• Lead the Regulatory Compliance organization (~25 colleagues) and report to Site Quality Leader.
• Ensure products released are in strict compliance to dossiers on file with agencies throughout the world.
• Primary liaison for USDA-CVB Establishment License #190 and interact with CVB-IC.
• Plan, initiate and manage policies, processes, and procedures for Regulatory Compliance.
• Lead Correspondence with US Agencies (CVB-IC and FD-ORA).

Regulatory Compliance Leader

Manager

• Develop and execute reliability strategies, predictive maintenance programs, and efficient maintenance planning to maximize asset performance, uptime, and lifecycle.
• Lead a team of reliability engineers, maintenance planners, and spare parts personnel; define and implement reliability and maintenance planning strategies aligned with site goals.
• Oversee condition monitoring, predictive maintenance (PdM), asset health programs, root cause analysis, and failure investigations.
• Establish and maintain asset criticality rankings and reliability KPIs; drive initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime and improve MTBF.
• Manage maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring high-quality work orders, job plans, and labor efficiency; coordinate shutdowns, PMs, and major capital projects.
• Optimize use of CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and maintain rolling maintenance schedule.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement planning, storeroom operations; implement inventory optimization techniques and ensure GMP compliance.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with cGMP, FDA, USDA, EU and EHS regulations; support audits and inspections.
• Lead asset reliability improvement initiatives using OEE and digital tools; standardize best practices across the site.
• Work 1st Shift, 8:00am – 5:00pm; safely work in an industrial environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Manager – Reliability and Maintenance Planning

• This is a key position within Zoetis Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) organization within the Pharmaceuticals and the Diagnostics and BioDevices Platforms. The principal purpose of the role is to continue to strengthen the culture of continuous improvement and accelerate business results by assisting and at times leading cross functional teams through the rigorous application of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
• SCOPE OF JOB:
• Highly Influential role supporting the Zoetis Global Manufacturing Supply organization which has multiple manufacturing and distribution centers across the network
• Support the Site to develop the OpEx master plan. Drive and facilitate monthly platform OpEx meetings. Support and coach site OpEx Leaders. Part of an existing Lean SixSigma Center of Excellence team working in partnership with the key functional / platform / site leaders and the Local Change Agents embedded within the business
• Responsible for the design & delivery of the Capability build program (including ongoing revisions to the training syllabus and roll out of the existing coaching & mentoring programs) Responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivering step change improvement in the critical few key business performance indicators (KPI’s) across technology platforms
• Partnering with the relevant enabling functional / technology platform business lead to deploy existing methodologies while advancing the application of Lean SixSigma principles across multiple business units

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Engineer

• The Senior Tooling Engineer will be responsible for supporting CM’s on the maintenance of our current injection molding tooling fleet as well as the design, development, and optimization of new plastic injection molds and tooling for high-volume manufacturing of our plastic consumables.
• This role requires extensive experience in tooling design and manufacturing processes.
• We are looking for a highly motivated candidate, who can work cross-functionally.
• Define and standardize tool maintenance/cleaning process and hold suppliers accountable.
• Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution to common tool issues/downtime to guide suppliers on optimal path forward.
• Create and track spare tool/part inventory and strategy.
• Benchmarking common repair/troubleshooting activities across suppliers to ensure minimum downtime.
• Identify weak areas in each tool or problem tools, once we have buffer, to proactively fix tools before they go down for repair.
• Manage tool health and create tool retirement plan.
• Create way to get better real-time visibility to tool status and performance, including use of in-mold sensors for monitoring.
• Review and approve tool design and Moldflow for each new tool and supplier before we cut steel.
• Identify best practice in terms of mold design and standardize across all suppliers.
• Optimize tooling designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and quality and implement lessons learned from previous tools.
• Oversee the fabrication, testing, and validation of new molds and tooling.
• Track mold build activities and ensure compliance to schedule.
• Support tool bring-up on-site at suppliers to aid them through the process and to solve issues as they arise.
• Own the mold design CAD as well as 2D files and update them as needed.
