Content Marketing Manager

• Own the end-to-end design and development of sales training content, including curriculum architecture, course materials, self-paced online modules, facilitator guides, job aids and workbooks.

Operations

• Responsible for all non-triaged ticket creation/handling.
• Auditing of all service transactions related to the support of customers.
