Requirements

What you’ll need

10 years of experience in semiconductor-related industries
Proven track record in senior leadership roles within a similar organization
Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a closely related field
Strong strategic thinking, planning and decision-making skills
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Capability to work in matrix organization and manage senior managers
Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals
