About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop mid-term and long-term business plans to increase market share and product penetration within assigned accounts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with technical, business, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Drive pipeline growth and strategic opportunity management across the customer base

  • Partner with engineering, field marketing, and application teams on custom specifications and complex project requirements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product line leaders to advance account objectives and align technology portfolios with customer roadmaps
  • Communicate account opportunities, risks, and progress through detailed reporting and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor processes and equipment
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of technical sales or account management within the semiconductor, OEM, or industrial B2B sector
  • Strong understanding of wafer fab equipment (WFE), microchip manufacturing processes, advanced nodes, or related hardware/chemical applications
  • Experience in contract negotiation, data analysis, and familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce
  • Understanding of marketing responsibilities including product portfolio, price, promotion, and distribution is required
  • Master or PhD Degree in Business, Engineering, Physics or Chemistry, or related experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Highly motivated self-starter with initiative, creativity, and problem solving ability
