Senior Manager, Business Analyst

QA Engineer

• Support Food Safety & Quality Assurance teams by managing the QA lab, conducting routine QA product evaluations, supporting sensory testing, and providing lab support for new product launches and supplier approvals.
• Manages KFC product evaluation program, ensuring timely product evaluations based on category, risk, and brand importance; coordinates third-party lab testing logistics, data entry, and billing for QA activities.
• Conducts lab analysis, sensory testing, and prepares reports to support supplier approvals, product development, supplier monitoring program, and product improvement projects.

• Accelerate growth of app and web ordering platforms; connect product development, restaurant technology, and marketing to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive business results

Analyst

• Lead day-to-day administration of Executive Compensation programs with primary ownership of the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan, managing annual grant award processes and choice enrollment projects.
• Oversee equity-related processes (dividends, RSU lapses, RE calculations, PSP payouts) and perform daily equity transaction reviews, Merrill reporting, reconciliations, payroll bulking reports, and system integrations with IT/HRIS.

About the Job:
The Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Systems & Integration is a technology-focused role dedicated to enabling Yum’s global supply chain transformation. Sitting within the Global Strategy & Transformation team, this role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into scalable, tech-enabled solutions that support procurement, planning, risk management, and logistics. With this role, the opportunities are endless: you’ll work across value streams, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead the systems design behind some of our most critical supply chain initiatives. The Sr. Manager will report to the Global Sr. Director – Strategy, Performance and Sustainability and serve as a core partner to both our enterprise and market-facing teams.
Salary Range:
$139,000 – $163,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain the global technology roadmap for Yum’s supply chain capabilities, aligning with enterprise strategy and market needs
Serve as the global business process owner across procurement, S&OP, risk management, and supply chain planning
Lead implementation of a portfolio of enterprise tech initiatives, starting with a primary initiative focused on solution build, integration, and scale; contribute to ongoing development and delivery over time
Manage key external vendor relationships and integration partners, from selection through implementation and delivery
Partner with Yum! Digital & Technology to align architecture, drive execution, and ensure enterprise systems readiness

Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in technology, systems integration, or supply chain transformation roles

Experience coordinating cross-functional testing or user acceptance processes
