About the role
- Lead day-to-day administration of Executive Compensation programs with primary ownership of the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan, managing annual grant award processes and choice enrollment projects.
- Oversee equity-related processes (dividends, RSU lapses, RE calculations, PSP payouts) and perform daily equity transaction reviews, Merrill reporting, reconciliations, payroll bulking reports, and system integrations with IT/HRIS.
- Provide direct support to executives, employees, and financial advisors; resolve program questions and manage exceptions.
- Lead executive onboarding support, ensure accurate processing of mobile transactions and compliance with tax, legal, and immigration requirements.
- Support one to two major Executive Compensation projects annually, conduct data analysis, and identify process improvements.
- Support administration of executive moves (side-by-side offers, offer letters for L14+), track executive mobility data and reconcile headcount.
- Partner on year-end compensation processes, monitor LT bonus and LTI targets, and support preparation of proxy-related tables (Summary Compensation Table, Beneficial Ownership, Pay vs. Performance).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in HR, finance or related field; executive compensation experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide sound actionable insight.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Proactive and self-motivated; ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple requests, and drive results with urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle issues involving sensitivity, confidentiality and legal exposure.
