About the Job:
The Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Systems & Integration is a technology-focused role dedicated to enabling Yum’s global supply chain transformation. Sitting within the Global Strategy & Transformation team, this role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into scalable, tech-enabled solutions that support procurement, planning, risk management, and logistics. With this role, the opportunities are endless: you’ll work across value streams, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead the systems design behind some of our most critical supply chain initiatives. The Sr. Manager will report to the Global Sr. Director – Strategy, Performance and Sustainability and serve as a core partner to both our enterprise and market-facing teams.
Salary Range:
$139,000 – $163,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain the global technology roadmap for Yum’s supply chain capabilities, aligning with enterprise strategy and market needs
Serve as the global business process owner across procurement, S&OP, risk management, and supply chain planning
Lead implementation of a portfolio of enterprise tech initiatives, starting with a primary initiative focused on solution build, integration, and scale; contribute to ongoing development and delivery over time
Manage key external vendor relationships and integration partners, from selection through implementation and delivery
Partner with Yum! Digital & Technology to align architecture, drive execution, and ensure enterprise systems readiness
Coordinate end-to-end testing across systems and markets; support master data integration and governance efforts
Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in technology, systems integration, or supply chain transformation roles
Proven experience implementing enterprise technology solutions, including vendor or platform selection and rollout
Familiarity with core supply chain domains such as procurement, planning, risk management, and delivery/logistics
Experience coordinating cross-functional testing or user acceptance processes
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
