About the role
- Role focuses on creative, design and multimedia to support internal communications.
- Develop strategy, design campaigns, execute, measure, and optimize internal communications initiatives to inform, engage, and inspire employees and advance Pizza Hut Global growth agenda.
- Pioneering new and innovative ways to drive our culture and bolster people capability.
- Creative, design & multimedia responsibilities include serving as a design consultant for global leadership teams; graphic design, PowerPoint templates, photography, and video content.
- Partner with Global Brand Marketing to align with brand standards and global aesthetic.
- Plan and execute traditional internal communications projects; draft newsletters and announcements; manage full lifecycle of campaigns; hire and manage outside vendors; engage global markets.
- Manage webcast-style meetings: broadcast webcasts, coordinate content, rehearsals, on-set tech direction, and post-production; collaborate with Yum! tech and outside vendors.
- Identify and adopt cost-effective approaches for future communications platforms and webcasts.
Requirements
- 5-7 years working experience in communications and design. Agency experience preferred.
- Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills, including the flexibility to adopt different voices and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Proficient in AP Style.
- Strong visual style and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, imagery, music, and interactivity impact design & production.
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of the latest web design technology tools and trends.
- Working knowledge of CSS/HTML.
- Exceptional capacity for organization, project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables, and regularly communicating progress against goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders in a way that builds confidence and demonstrates accountability - focus on customer service with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to executional excellence.
