About the role
- Monitor EPM system performance and ensure uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., data load failures)
- Coordinate end-user testing, ensuring documentation and sign-off after patching
- Provide level 2/3 support to users and administrators
- Document processes and provide training to end-users and internal teams
- Develop and deploy calculation scripts, business rules, and automation routines within EPM
- Collaborate with functional leads to gather requirements and configure system workflows
- Manage data integrations from ERP, MDM, and other systems
- Build and maintain ETL processes
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across source systems and EPM
- Create automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, etc.
- Schedule and maintain jobs for data loads, calculations, and report generation
- Ensure system controls align with SOX and IT audit standards
- Maintain documentation for change management and system configuration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, OneStream, or similar software
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering successful products
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and efficiency
- Proficiency in Python, Jython, C#, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and automation tools
