About the role

  • Monitor EPM system performance and ensure uptime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., data load failures)
  • Coordinate end-user testing, ensuring documentation and sign-off after patching
  • Provide level 2/3 support to users and administrators
  • Document processes and provide training to end-users and internal teams
  • Develop and deploy calculation scripts, business rules, and automation routines within EPM
  • Collaborate with functional leads to gather requirements and configure system workflows
  • Manage data integrations from ERP, MDM, and other systems
  • Build and maintain ETL processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across source systems and EPM
  • Create automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Schedule and maintain jobs for data loads, calculations, and report generation
  • Ensure system controls align with SOX and IT audit standards
  • Maintain documentation for change management and system configuration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, OneStream, or similar software
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering successful products
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Python, Jython, C#, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and automation tools
  • Visionary thinker with a growth mindset
