Data Analyst

• Analyze metrics to continually improve core and adjacent products
• Contribute to business operations, such as costing, production metrics, planning, and budgeting for new product initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to improve the analysis and presentation of products
• Monitor the market, competitor activities, any price movements, and make recommendations that will be used in key decision-making
• Liaise with other departments to enhance and increase efficiency of effecting price changes in accordance with market shifts
• Drive consumer intelligence through development of external and internal data sources that improve business’s understanding of product’s market, competitor activities, and consumer activities
• Measure and monitor product or service’s performance, and present consumer, market, and competitive intelligence for product growth
• Develop or adopt research tools, sources, and methods that further support and contribute to product marketing management intelligence
• Formulate ways to package and market products in a compelling manner
• Perform initial product analysis to assess need for requested changes and their potential impact
• Support product team in product decisions using quantitative data

• Policy and Practice Development: Develop policy recommendations and practice models.
• Support WES-wide goals through coherent U.S. policy and practice action plans.
• Develop and maintain learning, monitoring, and evaluation plans.
• Provide technical assistance and policy expertise to address barriers.
• Create, manage, and mentor a high performing team focused on innovation and results.
• Work collaboratively to identify networks, partners, and individuals aligned with policy objectives.
• Engage directly with federal, state and local actors for technical assistance or policy design.
• Develop materials for internal and external publications.
• Represent policy issues and WES in conferences, webinars, and meetings.
