Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor research, news, programs and initiatives, labor market and workforce data
Provide analysis and advice identifying trends and emergent developments and opportunities
Lead knowledge mobilization efforts for Career Pathways and Skills
Create briefs, memos, blog posts, decks, and thought leadership products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
3-7 years relevant work experience with preference for experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement or economic development
Lived and/or learned insight into the opportunities and challenges experienced by immigrant and refugee communities
Demonstrated experience coordinating and working across matrixed teams
Strong ability to work independently and as a team member
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong command of technology tools including Microsoft Office suite especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint
