• Build, launch, and continuously improve campaigns within the marketing automation platform, including emails, forms, lists, and repeatable workflows.
• Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email nurtures, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and field marketing programs while documenting and refining the processes behind each.

Data Scientist

• Configure/maintain EDC forms and eCRF specifications as needed to support ingestion and downstream analysis, focusing on scalability and standardization.
• Own end-to-end Data Management for Evidence Generation studies: build, validate, and maintain research databases from ingest → cleaning → QC → data lock.
• Develop and run data cleaning workflows (queries, reconciliation, audit trails), and ensure inspection-ready documentation.
• Design and operate data model strategy for automated ingestion of EHR-level RWE into the EDC.
• Work hands-on with APIs/integration endpoints and unify disparate data models (site/EHR variability, mapping logic, versioning, schema evolution).
• Partner with site IT/informatics and the Product team to understand EHR constraints, extract structures, and change management.
• Translate EHR data realities into feasible study data capture and monitoring plans.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Viz.ai’s oncology-focused products.
• Partner with clinical, marketing, and product teams to convey customer feedback and market insights, helping shape product development and positioning.
• Leverage clinical data and outcomes studies to educate stakeholders on workflow inefficiencies and patient care improvements enabled by Viz.ai’s pulmonology platform.
• Deliver expert presentations and provide technical support for the on-label use of Viz.ai oncology products.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers, Area Directors, and Marketing to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns for oncology service lines.

Clinical Sales Specialist – Oncology

Director

• Identify, assess, and pursue new Life Science opportunities for Viz, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes and promoting sustainable growth.
• Develop comprehensive pitch decks, product concepts, and business models to facilitate the successful launch of new initiatives.
• Co-own the Life Science sales cycle, with Business Development colleagues, by acting as the clinical and strategic expert in new disease spaces.
• Educate and align the cross-functional Viz team (including Sales, Product, Clinical, and Marketing) on new opportunities, providing them with the necessary context and knowledge to make informed decisions.

Senior Business Development Director

Accountant

• Own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle: Manage the full O2C process, from approving sales orders and bookings to processing billing, driving collections, and accurately applying cash receipts.
• Collections Leadership: Supervise and mentor the AR Specialist, focusing on strategic collections to consistently achieve quarterly collection targets.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the finance liaison, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Implementation teams to proactively resolve complex contract-related issues impacting revenue recognition and collections.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary financial contact for all internal and external inquiries regarding billing, collections, and contract terms, ensuring professional, accurate, and timely resolution.
• Revenue Close & Reporting: Execute key components of the month-end revenue close, including maintaining NetSuite revenue schedules, preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, generating reports, and conducting detailed flux analysis.
• Compliance & Technical Review: Ensure strict compliance with sales tax regulations by processing accurate billing updates and rebills, and maintaining exemption certificates. Flag complex or non-standard contractual issues to the Revenue Accounting Manager for technical assessment.
