About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of U.S.-based, non-Engineering open roles, from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and set hiring timelines
- Run high-volume recruiting processes efficiently, including managing large candidate pipelines and coordinating high interview volume
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates for harder-to-fill or specialized roles using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or healthtech company, or otherwise within the broader technology space
- Experience recruiting in both high-volume and proactive/passive-sourcing capacities
- Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate-generation tools
- Experience using Ashby (ATS) to manage pipelines and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers quickly
