Senior HRBP – US
Viz.aiSenior HR Business Partner managing people strategy and operations for US teams in healthcare AI company. Partnering with GTM leaders to enhance employee experiences and drive business objectives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a fully remote organization of approximately 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US-based people managers and leaders.
- Proactively identify manager capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Navigate complex employee situations with sound judgment and speed.
- In conjunction with Sr. Manager, Employee Experience, drive People programs and initiatives across the US.
- Partner with managers through the full employee lifecycle.
- Use people data to surface org health signals and connect it to recommended action.
- Translate People strategy into action at the business level.
- Use AI tools actively and fluently in your day-to-day.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Deep experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial organizations.
- Strong manager coaching capability.
- Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong team player.
- High tolerance for ambiguity.
- Strong AI fluency.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and the ability to hold multiple stakeholder perspectives simultaneously.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
