About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle and follow-up SLAs.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, sales ops, and rev ops to monitor lead quality and optimize conversion.
  • Design & maintain audience segmentation frameworks to power campaigns.
  • Process event and campaign lists, use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP contacts.
  • Maintain campaign data integrity, ensuring campaign responses are captured cleanly and consistently.
  • Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.) to drive utilization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, strong understanding of lead management, campaign operations, data quality, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach to problem solving.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
