• Control and monitoring of equipment outages
• Follow-up on tickets and support during crises/incidents
• Prepare reports requested by the client and provide end-user support
• Analyze and research technical cases involving Routers, Switching and Wireless by studying partner support documentation, support communities and other platforms, aiming to resolve customer issues
• Basic knowledge of Networking, Connectivity and Mobility is required
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Entuity) and ITSM (ServiceNow), as well as troubleshooting related to Wireless and Switching (primarily Cisco)
