About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in partnership with Sales to pursue business opportunities, responsible for developing new projects, participating in meetings, presenting the companys service portfolio, and gathering client requirements to secure projects and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate the development of action plans based on priorities identified with clients during project conception.
- Lead meetings to provide technical explanations and advocate for projects to clients, working together with the Sales team.
- Be responsible for the technical/commercial proposals submitted to clients, describing them clearly and tailored to their needs, covering all assumptions, deliverables, and costs considered in the service project, ensuring centralization, presentation, and detailed documentation of all project information prior to submission.
- Price the costs identified in projects and determine the values to be included in service proposals sent to clients.
- Guide the development of technical designs for requested services through careful analysis and interpretation of technical requirements, definition of the service scope, and identification of additional resources, aiming to propose the best service solutions aligned with clients needs and expectations.
- Lead internal innovation or improvement projects to support your manager when necessary or requested.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior team members with their challenges and adaptations, addressing technical and organizational aspects in support of your manager.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as instructed or requested by your immediate supervisor.
- Maintain ongoing development and certification with Palo Alto Networks, driving business and opportunities with clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
- Proficiency in English for events and meetings with international partners and vendors and for international travel.
- Spanish is desirable.
- Preferred certifications from major vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, etc.
- Preferred security certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
