About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Solid experience in the bookkeeping/recording of service and product invoices (Notas Fiscais), including applicable taxes;
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable routines, supporting other areas of the company;
- Experience in calculating indirect taxes for the posting of incoming (purchase) invoices;
- Experience with expense allocations and provisioning using percentage-of-cost methods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the bookkeeping/recording of service and product invoices, including the related tax implications;
- Experience supporting the accounts payable department;
- Experience in the control and verification routines for incoming invoices recorded in the SAP B1 (SAP Business One) system;
- Experience with the SAP B1 ERP;
- Basic knowledge of Excel;
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
