Key responsibilities & impact

Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, and business-critical processes and procedures to enable delivery of products and services to customers
Provide technical and operational support
Monitor systems using monitoring tools
Telecom-related services (Data)
Handle service tickets and provide remote user support
Support and maintain Cisco switches and routers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology or a related field
Strong foundation in networking
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) preferred
ITIL Foundation: knowledge of best practices in technical support and service management
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organization and time management skills
Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
