About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, and business-critical processes and procedures to enable delivery of products and services to customers
- Provide technical and operational support
- Monitor systems using monitoring tools
- Telecom-related services (Data)
- Handle service tickets and provide remote user support
- Support and maintain Cisco switches and routers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology or a related field
- Strong foundation in networking
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) preferred
- ITIL Foundation: knowledge of best practices in technical support and service management
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
