• Assist Plant Manager to develop and track QHSSE & Maritime Plans as per SVL QHSSE priorities

QHSSE Manager

Engineer

• Manage Engineering projects according to the appropriate technical and operating standards and Engineering procedures and legal requirements.
• Manage the investment, divestment and maintenance projects & activities, ensuring the proper integrity management of the assets while delivering agreed financial and HSSE business targets.
• Prepare technical, administrative and safety specifications for engineering/maintenance projects.

• Drive the implementation and execution of Retail Lubricants Marketing initiatives on the forecourt and lead delivery of lubricants category plans.
• Address daily challenges related to Retail Lubricants and enhance profitability for VEB and the Retailers.
• Ensure operational excellence in execution of sales and marketing of lubes on the forecourt.

• Coordinate maintenance of Retail sites per Group/ Vivo maintenance management guidelines/ strategies.
• Deliver maintenance of retail sites as per agreed SLA /KPIs.
• Ensure that repair / maintenance of retail sites are done in line with Group/ Local government HSSE policies & safe practices.
• Support Retail Maintenance Manager in all projects.
• Ensure compliance with the Vivo HSSE policies and through them, by contractors.
• Support Retail Maintenance and Construction Engineer to drive and manage the strategic relationship with PMC at Market level.
• Provide the Scope of Work for maintenance works under his/her direct responsibility.
• Attend the monthly Performance Improvement meeting with PMC team to review the project/programme delivery including spent, milestones and HSSE and agree action plans to improve project/programme delivery performance.

• Management of equipment and assets maintenance contracts and deliver performance on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, with minimum interruptions to Retail Site operations.
• Develop the annual maintenance budget and plans in liaison with the Engineering Manager, including scoping and scheduling for major works.
• Develop and maintain a strong HSSE culture within Contractors and compliance to Company HSSE standards.
• Management of contractors to ensure delivery of agreed KPIs through structured monthly performance reviews and periodic performance audits, conducted in accordance with established contract management procedures.
• Ensure timely compliance to statutory inspections and validation regulations.
• Coordinate relocation of company equipment across the network both physical and in the asset register.
