Contribute to country marketing planning and develop digital marketing plans aligned with country objectives and brand positioning.
Partner with brand managers, sales, product, and cross-functional teams to translate marketing priorities into actionable digital campaigns and channel plans.
Manage digital components of new product launches and brand campaigns from briefing to execution.
Manage digital and communications agency partners and partner with central digital teams and Shell Digital Excellence Team to deliver projects.
Track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance; prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
Plan, launch, and optimise paid, owned, and earned media (Search, Display, Social, Email, Content Marketing); manage SEO and SEM.
Oversee consumer brand presence across owned platforms (website, social media, mobile, email) and create new channels as needed.
Oversee influencer identification, selection, briefing, coordination, and performance/ROI tracking.
Develop content marketing strategies and manage content plans, promotions, competitions, and digital projects; brief designers and copywriters.
Ensure content supports SEO, accessibility, user experience, and user journeys; repurpose content for different formats.
Develop, monitor and manage digital marketing budgets; report on current spend and analyse competitor online spend.
Drive innovation by identifying trends and technologies and brainstorming growth strategies.
Ensure brand integrity across all digital channels and act as the market’s digital brand guardian.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, IT or related field.
Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Digital marketing Diploma, Google Ads, Analytics, Sprinklr).
A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing or advertising position.
Proven track record in managing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, best practices and tactics.
Solid SEO and SEM knowledge and associated tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
Strong Social Listening tools experience.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
