As the Spanish Ecommerce Manager, you will be a key member of the team, working directly with the European Regional Manager. Acting as the market expert, you will understand customer flows across the entire funnel and provide growth plans to guide the business. You will ensure that all initiatives and activities align with the needs and best interests of the local market. You will own the territory’s online growth strategy, leveraging digital marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM, Website, and Social) to attract and convert target users. You will also design and optimise customer experiences across our channels, while working closely with other teams to coordinate campaigns, communications, and media direction.
Lead and localise all marketing initiatives for the Spanish market to ensure relevance and impact.
Manage website trading and administration, including product launches, content updates, and optimisation of the customer experience.
Build and monitor digital and CRM campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email), identifying opportunities and driving actions to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
Map and optimise customer journeys to improve the overall experience.
Oversee campaign strategy and execution while shaping brand positioning to build awareness and connect with target audiences.
Explore and test new growth channels.
Collaborate with central and regional teams to align local activity with the wider business strategy.
Report to stakeholders on performance and ensure all initiatives deliver ROI and profitability.
Develop marketing strategies and plans by using market insights, competitor analysis, and creative ideas to meet business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
Must be fluent in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of delivering results.
Highly organised, analytical, and confident presenting to stakeholders.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Proven ability to leverage digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
Ability to manage change and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
Able to think both creatively and commercially, balancing ideas with business impact.
Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on operational levels.
Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
