About the role
- Lead and manage product features end-to-end, from ideation through deployment and monitoring.
- Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate into MRDs, PRDs, and user flows.
- Create wireframes, define A/B tests, and write user stories aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize the product backlog and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver solutions.
- Leverage data insights to make informed product decisions and continuously optimize features.
- Analyze post-launch feature success by tracking usage data and identifying patterns.
- Own performance metrics, run tests to optimize functionality and improve engagement and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for initiatives to improve user experience.
- Partner closely with Developers, QA, data, and design teams to align features with business objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within an e-commerce or data-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ownership of product outcomes.
- Adaptable and proactive approach; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Technical understanding and QA knowledge; prior experience in QA or QA automation is a strong advantage.
- UX/UI collaboration experience; ability to create wireframes and support high-converting interfaces.
