About the role
- Execute smart, data-driven product strategies in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Identify new opportunities for product development
- Gather requirements and lead subsequent product design, creative, development, and testing activities
- Conduct user research and usability testing; analyze results to make our products as intuitive, simple, and elegant as possible
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to gather estimates, create project milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully and developing alternative solutions
- Initiate and lead 3rd-party integrations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management with a demonstrated ability to drive business results
- Experience in B2C product management in large-scale data environments
- Proven experience leading design (UX & UI) and R&D teams, including managing product roadmaps
- Experience with coding or in other technical positions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong UX capabilities
- Strong data analysis skills—extracting actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative: able to undertake self-development activities, seek increased responsibilities, take independent action, and seize opportunities
- Data-driven with the ability to shift seamlessly from creative to analytical tasks
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects, working well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to act as a leader within the company
- Positive outlook, organized, creative, and highly motivated.
