Run specific products within Cross River’s Payments offering (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring)
Define product strategy and target audience for payment rails
Build and manage traditional, fast, and emerging payment rails
Own the product development and commercialization of Cross River’s Payments products
Own the P&L of at least one Payments product
Write requirements for Engineers and other stakeholders; run grooming sessions and standups
Coordinate complex execution plans and end-to-end execution across functions
Conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders and oversee regulatory compliance
Ensure proper governance around initiatives and support audit activities
Champion a client-centric approach throughout product development
Execute go-live strategy with Design, Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders
Foster continuous improvement with iteration, retrospectives, and direct communication
Partner with the Data team to develop and maintain tracking and reporting of KPIs
Requirements
Available working some US hours
Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
Proven success building platforms to offer Payments networks (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments) to customers
Experience with industry standard formats (ISO20022, NACHA)
Experience with business cases, pricing, and P&L management
Proven track record of technical product development, commercialization and launching new products
Understanding of APIs and microservices
4+ years of experience in Product Management
Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices
Experience managing regulatory and network compliance, BSA/AML, risk, and operational challenges
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
