About the role

  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Implement structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts (UGC, short-form video, lifestyle content, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of EU/UK advertising regulations, platform policies, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
  • Research emerging advertising trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve performance.
  • Maintain an experimental, growth-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to scale profitably.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, turning creative ideas into scalable ads and driving measurable results that impact revenue.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce media buying.
  • Proficiency with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
  • Strong portfolio or case studies that demonstrate results and impact.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and GA4; experience with attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) is a plus.
  • Experience managing campaigns for European markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear strategies.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end funnel optimization (creative, targeting, landing page alignment).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
  • A passion for e-commerce, digital growth, and keeping up with the latest advertising trends.
  • Exceptional business-level English communication skills.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously with minimal team overlap.
  • Team player motivated by achieving clearly stated stretch goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Diplomatic and persuasive communication style.
