Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including order processing, issue resolution, product listings, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Oversee product uploads, listing optimization, tagging, and adherence to TikTok Shop standards.
Lead campaign execution, promotional activities, and live selling operations to boost engagement and sales.
Manage relationships with external agencies, internal teams, and creator platforms to align content and campaigns with brand objectives.
Monitor order flows, cancellations, and customer satisfaction metrics, implementing data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with operations, content, and product teams to enhance store performance and user experience.
Provide prompt, professional support to customers and sellers via chat, email, or other channels, resolving inquiries about orders, returns, payments, and promotions.
Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues, escalating complex cases to internal teams or TikTok platform support.
Stay current on TikTok Shop policies, tools, and trends to maintain operational excellence and drive growth.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce growth
Direct TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage agencies, creator platforms, or influencer partnerships
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop seller tools, dashboard, policies, and logistics
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
