Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to grow and optimise client performance across Amazon and other online marketplaces.
Manage end-to-end client marketplace presence including Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, product content optimisation, listing imagery briefs, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
Act as the dedicated strategic point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of marketplace clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
Provide data-driven analysis, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations) to create high-converting listing imagery and ensure operational excellence.
Identify and implement growth and expansion opportunities across new marketplaces, product lines, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and optimise strategies to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and profitability.
Ensure client satisfaction by proactively communicating, championing client needs across internal teams, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing and optimising client accounts on online marketplaces, with a track record of success.
Strong expertise in optimising client performance on Amazon, including Amazon SEO, Amazon PPC, product content optimisation, and Seller Central management.
