About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to grow and optimise client performance across Amazon and other online marketplaces.
  • Manage end-to-end client marketplace presence including Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, product content optimisation, listing imagery briefs, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
  • Act as the dedicated strategic point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of marketplace clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Provide data-driven analysis, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations) to create high-converting listing imagery and ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement growth and expansion opportunities across new marketplaces, product lines, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and optimise strategies to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively communicating, championing client needs across internal teams, and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and optimising client accounts on online marketplaces, with a track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in optimising client performance on Amazon, including Amazon SEO, Amazon PPC, product content optimisation, and Seller Central management.
  • A strong client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketplace strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address challenges effectively and make sound judgments.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, practices, and technologies.
