Brand Manager

• Lead our Brand Team in shaping and delivering Visualsoft’s brand and go-to-market strategy
• Focus on events, digital engagement, and the Shopify ecosystem
• Define and thread Visualsoft’s Unified Retail narrative across all touchpoints
• Bring together the story of connected commerce across ecommerce, POS, retail operations, and customer experience
• Develop impactful campaigns, manage a busy events calendar, and deliver compelling brand storytelling
• Act as the guardian of the Visualsoft brand, owning internal brand guidelines
• Oversee branded assets used across the business
• Align and amplify Visualsoft’s Unified Retail go-to-market strategy
• Own and deliver Visualsoft’s end-to-end events strategy
• Manage logistics, suppliers, budgets, and onsite coordination for events
• Support and oversee digital marketing activity across multiple channels
• Manage the brand marketing and events budget with strong attention to detail
• Build strong relationships within the Shopify and broader eCommerce ecosystem

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to targeted prospect lists
• Follow up with emails to confirm agreements made
• Qualify leads and book appointments directly into Sales Consultants’ diaries
• Clearly explain products, services, or solutions to generate interest
• Ensure all booked appointments meet agreed qualification criteria
• Confirm, remind, and follow up appointments to maximise attendance
• Proactively call prospects and customers to promote upcoming events
• Secure registrations and confirmations for webinars, workshops, and in-person events (when required)
• Follow up with registered attendees to reduce no-shows
• Capture feedback and next steps post-event
• Work from marketing campaigns, call lists, and lead databases
• Accurately log all calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM system
• Track call volumes, appointments booked, and attendance conversion
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve scripts and messaging
