Head of Brand Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead our Brand Team in shaping and delivering Visualsoft’s brand and go-to-market strategy
- Focus on events, digital engagement, and the Shopify ecosystem
- Define and thread Visualsoft’s Unified Retail narrative across all touchpoints
- Bring together the story of connected commerce across ecommerce, POS, retail operations, and customer experience
- Develop impactful campaigns, manage a busy events calendar, and deliver compelling brand storytelling
- Act as the guardian of the Visualsoft brand, owning internal brand guidelines
- Oversee branded assets used across the business
- Align and amplify Visualsoft’s Unified Retail go-to-market strategy
- Own and deliver Visualsoft’s end-to-end events strategy
- Manage logistics, suppliers, budgets, and onsite coordination for events
- Support and oversee digital marketing activity across multiple channels
- Manage the brand marketing and events budget with strong attention to detail
- Build strong relationships within the Shopify and broader eCommerce ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, or equivalent)
- Strong background in events marketing and/or experiential marketing
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS or agency environments
- Exposure to B2B marketing in a digital or tech-led business
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, social, content)
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience within Shopify ecosystem
- Experience delivering large-scale industry events, webinars, or conferences
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, GA4, CRM platforms, and automation tools
