About the role

  • Drive sales and profit across post-operative therapy portfolio by building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Engage a wide range of stakeholders to deliver system change proposals and secure long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with local team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a territory business plan
  • Win new Dept and Hospital accounts through surgical intervention / post-operative incision protocols
  • Grow sales with existing protocols and protect key relationships
  • Lead clinical training sessions, product demos, and partnership reviews for safe product use
  • Continuously develop selling and product knowledge through field coaching and training
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and purchasing protocols

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the medical devices sector
  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the NHS
  • Experience across hospital settings, ideally including theatres and procurement
  • Confidence in developing business plans, using budget impact models and presenting value based solutions
