About the role
- Responsible for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy.
- Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and supports the brand promise.
- Lead management of vendor partners and communication agencies and oversee all aspects of their projects.
- Develop the marketing Plan for CR and ONFR Business.
- Develop and execute the digital plan for Shell website and social Media.
- Creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
- Translate business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
- Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category; leverage consumer insights for brand and product positioning.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports for management.
- Perform pre-evaluation and post-evaluation for all CR campaigns with ROMI calculation.
- Manage budgets and financial aspects related to marketing campaigns.
- Assist with financial projections and the budgeting process.
Requirements
- Marketing knowledge (including brand building, concept development, Digital , development and implementation of marketing initiatives)
- Demonstrate ability to manage Advertising, Promotion and Media agencies and programs.
- Must be knowledgeable on project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Be methodical and converge on operational details
- Be able to deliver a flawless execution of Marketing campaigns
